Where we came from. 

Beginnings and Facility history:


1981 - the church was started by Gregg and Jeanne Randall with the Northern New England District of the Assemblies of God. The church met in the Holiday Inn and averaged 3 in attendance the first year. They hung in there! 

1984 - seven acres on Beechland Road were purchased (Current location)

1985 - first building constructed. Randall’s then moved on to Gray, Maine

1986 - Burton and Sharon Lowry came to pastor the church (Current pastor) 

1999 - 120 acres purchased in downtown Ellsworth as the Beechland location was found to have significant wetland and no additional acreage was available. 

2001 - the church saw the need for one expansion at the current site before relocating

2002 - current sanctuary, hospitality area, and infant nursery were added 

2006 - 37 acres behind the church came up for sale, and were purchased

2009 - began new work in Blue Hill, Maine. 

2013 - Pastor Matt and Ashley Drayna came on staff

2015 - Helped birth Ellsworth City Reach Hope Home and church. 

2016 - Christian Education Addition started.
